When Marty took the reigns of the family business in 1973, Ozinga Bros. counted 80 employees. Thirty-five years later, Marty employs some 1200 people. As someone who has made payrolls and managed budgets---as a successful Illinois job-creator---Marty understands how our economy works and has the experience to help get us back on track.
Marty believes we need to protect American jobs. U.S. companies can compete with anyone in the world – but they need a level playing field on which to do it. Marty strongly supports free trade, but he believes we must re-evaluate our trade agreements to ensure that they're fair to our own workers and businesses.
